Biography of Speaker
Davin McAnaney is the Commercial Manager of Paddy Power Trader, Financial Spread Betting for Paddy Power Financials in the UK and Ireland. He is responsible for developing and growing paddypowertrader.com’s business throughout the region.
Davin has a strong business development and financial background allowing him to combine solid operational experience and commercial acumen with a passion for developing consumer demand for paddypowertrader.com financial spread betting.
Davin joined Paddy Power in 2004 in Ireland as part of Paddypowerpoker.com’s developing business. He then moved on to help set-up paddypowertrader.com in 2007. He has over 13 years experience as, Davin has over 13 years experience in Media, Marketing & Entrepreneurship. Davin originally started out his career in Advertising, developing & executing International brand strategies for major blue chip clients such as Singapore Airlines, John West and Miller Genuine Draft, to name but a few.
Irish born, Davin considers himself a citizen of the world and has a special place in his heart for the Far East and Australia. He has lived for over a decade in those far flung parts having spent a number of years in Singapore and Sydney. Davin then decided to develop his talents in new ways by working in entrepreneurship. Now with over 6 years experience under his belt, Davin has been involved in the setting up and running of multiple profitable companies, in which 3, have been exclusively in the technology sector.
