About Jacob Eisenberg
Jacob Eisenberg is a Senior Lecturer at the UCD Smurfit Graduate School of Business in Dublin, Ireland. Jacob earned his PhD in Social/Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University in 2001. His research and teaching interests are primarily in areas related to Organisational Behaviour and Cross Cultural Management.
Jacob presented in many international conferences, including the Annual Academy of Management meetings, and his research appeared in several journals including Creativity Research Journal, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology and Human Performance. Jacob has worked on training and consulting projects with both public and private organisations, including IBM, the UN and NAGPS.
