Italian School of Cooking

On 24th July, JCI Dublin went for a "FLAVOUR OF ITALY EVENING" at the Italian School of Cooking of Dublin.

Members and friends learnt how to cook "Pasta fresca" and "Mousse al limone". During the demonstration some of them helped the chef by preparing the mixture or cleaning tools.

The class was followed by a meal to eat what has been prepared. The meal was served with some Italian Wine and aminated by some Live Italian songs "Volare" and "'O surdato nnammurato"

All of attendees enjoyed the evening and will organise some Italian Dinner.

Finally, The Italian School maked a donation of 160 euros for the JCI Dublinâ€™s charity "The Irish Autism Action Charity ".

For this event the chef has organized a very special evening with delicious Italian food, some of the best Italian wines and the typical Italian entertainment
