Volunteering at Dublin Youth Theatre

The last JCI Dublin event as part of the national Active Citizenship Week was volunteering at the Dublin Youth Theatre in Gardiner Street.

JCI members and volunteers from Trinity College took out their working gear and gathered at the DYT to paint and refurbish the gorgeous Georgian venue.

The Dublin Youth Theatre is aiming to provide for the personal and social development of young people through participation in drama workshops and productions.

It was great for JCI members to contribute in offering the facilities for this development and at the same time to have a great Saturday activity playing with paints an colours.

Thanks to all volunteers who came out to help! You made a huge difference for the young members of the DYT.
